1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed and fulfilled from our UAE warehouse
  • Orders are prepared for dispatch on working days (Sunday–Thursday), excluding UAE public holidays
  • Orders placed after the daily cut-off time are processed the next working day
  • You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been placed
  • You will receive a dispatch notification with tracking details once your order ships

2. Delivery Locations

We deliver across the UAE and selected GCC countries including:

  • United Arab Emirates (all emirates)
  • Saudi Arabia
  • Kuwait
  • Bahrain
  • Oman

Some remote or out-of-delivery areas may:

  • Require additional delivery time
  • Be serviced only on specific days
  • Be unavailable for delivery

Delivery availability is confirmed automatically at checkout based on your delivery address.

3. Delivery Timeframes

UAE:

  • Standard delivery: 1-3 business days depending on location
  • Dubai and Abu Dhabi: Typically next-day delivery
  • Other emirates: 2-3 business days

GCC Countries:

  • Delivery times vary by country and destination
  • Typically 3-7 business days depending on customs clearance

All delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by:

  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • Customs clearance procedures
  • Unforeseen operational delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on:
    • Delivery address and destination
    • Order weight and dimensions
    • Service availability
  • Any applicable remote-area surcharges are included in the total before payment confirmation
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable except in cases of defective or incorrect items

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available in selected UAE locations
  • COD availability and order value limits are shown at checkout
  • Refused or unaccepted COD shipments may incur handling and return delivery charges
  • Multiple failed delivery attempts may result in order cancellation and applicable fees

6. Undeliverable or Failed Deliveries

Orders may be considered undeliverable due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery address
  • Customer unavailability after multiple delivery attempts
  • Order refusal at delivery
  • Restricted or inaccessible delivery location

In such cases:

  • Original delivery and handling charges may still apply
  • Re-delivery attempts may incur additional costs
  • Return to origin shipping fees may be charged to the customer
  • Orders unclaimed after 7 days may be returned and subject to restocking fees

7. Customs, Duties & Taxes (GCC Orders)

For deliveries to GCC countries outside the UAE:

  • Customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or clearance fees may apply
  • These charges are determined by the destination country's customs authorities
  • All customs-related charges are the customer's responsibility
  • Customs fees are non-refundable
  • Delays due to customs clearance are beyond our control

Please check with your local customs office for applicable rates before ordering.

8. Address Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information
  • Please include:
    • Full recipient name
    • Complete street address with building/villa number
    • Area/district and emirate/city
    • Valid phone number for delivery contact
  • Address corrections after dispatch may result in additional charges or delivery delays
  • We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect customer information

9. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email or SMS
  • Track your shipment using the tracking number provided

10. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours with photos
  • For lost shipments, please contact us if your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe
  • We will investigate and resolve the issue
  • Approved claims will result in a replacement or refund
