1. General

Due to the hygienic nature of cosmetics and personal care products, we follow strict return rules in line with UAE consumer protection regulations.

2. Change of Mind (Unopened Products Only)

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date you receive your delivery
  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging with all seals intact
  • Opened, used, or unsealed products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect

3. Cancellation Rights

  • You may cancel your order within 7 days of receiving it, provided the products remain unopened and unused
  • To cancel, contact us at hello@nurmecosmetics.ae with your order number
  • Cancellations of unopened items will receive a full product refund (shipping fees excluded)

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is:

  • Damaged during delivery
  • Defective or does not match the description
  • Incorrect or missing from your order

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos showing the issue.

Approved cases will receive:

  • A replacement product, or
  • A full refund to the original payment method

Return shipping costs in these cases are covered by us.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Opened or used cosmetics
  • Products with broken or tampered seals
  • Free gifts, samples, or promotional items
  • Items without original packaging or labels

Exception: Defective or incorrect items are always eligible for return regardless of condition.

6. Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed within 14 business days after we receive and approve your return
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Bank or payment provider processing times are outside our control and may add 3-7 business days

7. GCC Orders

  • Customs duties, taxes, and clearance fees are non-refundable
  • Cross-border returns may be subject to additional restrictions due to shipping regulations and hygiene requirements
  • Contact us before initiating a return from outside the UAE
